With a wide selections of ancient burial sites, aging celtic crosses, historic abbies and monasteries that speak of Irelands vast religous heritage. Greyabbey has no charge for admission, and is one of the beautiful ancient monastic sites. It is set in rolling parkland and retains a medival ‘physick’ herb garden. Devenish Island is in Lough Erne and can be reached by ferry.

This island is home to a 12th century round tower, and the ruins of Augustinian abbey still retains figures and sculptures. The famous Titanic was designed and built in Belfast Ireland, and today visitors can learn much about the historic ship and its beginnings at theTitanic’s Dock and Pump-House.

Traditional Irish pubs draw many visitors to their shore. Established in 1766 the House of McDonnell pub offers a traditional atmosphere daily and traditional music on Friday and Saturday nights this pub gives visitors a taste of the paste along with their drinks. Just outside Belfast on the shores of Strangford Lough you will find The Saltwater Brig. The Brig has been serving visitors fine food and stout drinks since 1765.

Northern Ireland is a perfect travel destination.
