Dorset is a beautiful coastal community in the United Kingdom. It has a picturesque quality reminiscent of an earlier time. Dorset is located in south west England. The earliest recorded settlement in the area was around 8000 B.C. and was predominantly along the coastal areas.

In Cerne Abbas, there are houses dating back as far as the 15th century and a 180 foot tall sculpture cut into the chalk downs affectionately called Giant that overlooks the village.

Corfe Castle is a 9th century castle which was destroyed in 1646 by Cromwell’s forces, leaving the impressive ruin seen today.
